The staff went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated, even offering to drive us to a couple of restaurants on Cherry Street. The small touches they provided made us feel right at home. The location of this place is accessible by car to various well-known visitor destinations, making it convenient for us to explore the city.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed and appreciated. We also appreciated the additional amenities such as room service and the 24-hour reception, which added convenience to our stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just outside of downtown and close to the Utica Square area for shopping and dining options. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, such as providing a tie for a wedding and assisting with the coffee maker. Our room was well decorated and had a thoughtful layout, making our stay comfortable. The restaurant and bar offered top-notch food and drinks.

The wait times at the restaurant for food and drinks were a little long, but understandable during their grand re-opening.

The hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants, theaters, and shops. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the room. The hotel had a nice restaurant on site as well, which was convenient.

The staff seemed polite, but not very engaged. We didn't receive any help with our luggage, even though we didn't ask for it.
